Vita Diet Ketone Sticks are used to indicate Ketones in Urine. Ketones are produced when the body uses fat for energy.

You can start testing daily after 2-3 days on the Vita Diet program. Use a specimen container or urinate on the pad of the test strip when you first wake up. Wait 15 seconds for the test strip pad to change colour. Read the results carefully in good light. Compare the colour of the test strip pad with the side of the ketone stick container.
